Soapbox Racer For Sale

Want to race at Cairngorm but don't have the time to build a soapbox? Help is at hand... Team Autorotation are selling the cartie they raced at Cairngorm, Castle Forbes and Border Bogies last year. This cartie has been on the scene for several years and has been raced at all the major events in Scotland.
Current owners Team Autorotation said;
"We bought the cart from verteran Les in 2010 and added new tyres and tubes to the existing 20 inch 48 spoke wheels. We also added a steering damper from a motor bike, adjusted the steering linkage a bit, added stronger steering linkage, added blanks to the wheels and a speedo. All these improvements meant a top speed last year of 56 mph! Add some aero dynamics and you might just start to embarrass some very expensive carties this year!"
It will need some minor modification to meet the specifications for CSEx2012 , but is ready to run at Catterline and Border Bogies.
They are looking for a (very reasonable) £300 o.n.o. If you are interested, contact Andrew on 01330833310 or 07702877417.
