Entry Forms
CSEx is the longest and fastest gravity race in the UK. Speeds in excess of 70mph have been recorded, so competitors must build machines capable of being handled safely at those kind of speeds. CSEx is not suitable for "novelty carts". See the rules page for the current construction specifications.

Entries for CSEx 2012 are now open!
Please note;
- Gravity racing is dangerous. CSEx is not a jolly little trundle down a village High Street. It is a 60+mph race down a mountain, with all the risks that entails. All competitors take part at their own risk and liability, and will be required to sign a disclaimer to that effect.
- Each driver and sidecar passenger must complete at least one of the practice runs in order to race in the elimination heats.We aim to have at least three practice runs.
- Minimum age of drivers and sidecar passengers - at least 16 on the first day of the event.
To enter CSEx 2012 you can either;
1) Complete the online entry form and pay your £95 entry fee by PayPal, by post, or by direct payment to our bank account.
-or-
2) Download and complete the entry form and return it to the address on the form along with a cheque for £95 payable to the "Scottish Cartie Association"
We are expecting high demand for places. All places were gone within 48 hours in 2011. We only have room for 40 entries and places will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis, so don't delay.
Unfortunately we can no longer accept entries without payment. Entries will be valid from the date when payment clears. Any entries received after the first 40 place have been filled will go on the reserve list. Your entry will not be confirmed until we have received payment.
If you have difficulty downloading the form, please contact us and we will send you one by post.
